The next HELOA Professional Development Conference will take place in September in Cardiff.
This dynamic, in-person event is dedicated to celebrating and empowering the work of student ambassadors from across the UK. Packed with interactive sessions and opportunities to connect with peers and professionals, this conference is your chance to share best practice about recruitment, engaging ambassadors in the scheme and exploring how ambassadors can help with showcasing your student voice.

Bookings close on 1st September 2025. If the conference reaches capacity before this time the conference will close before this deadline. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Bookings can be made without having raised a Purchase Order at the time of booking, however a Purchase Order will need to have been provided by 1st September 2025. It is not necessary to wait for your HELOA membership to be fully processed before you complete the booking, as long as you have started the process by 1st September 2025.
Please also note that we are unable to accept payments by credit card.
Please note that once you have booked a place at the HELOA Professional Development Conference , we require a minimum of 14 days notice in order to cancel your place. Any cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will still be charged for in full.
If you are no longer able to attend, you are able to send another representative from your institution to fill the place. To cancel your place or request to send a representative from your institution, please contact training@heloa.ac.uk.
