The next HELOA Professional Development Conference will take place on Tuesday 17 February 2026, and will focus on sessions for those who design and deliver recruitment and outreach summer schools.

Bookings

Bookings close on the 9 February. If the conference reaches capacity before this time the conference will close before this deadline. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Bookings can be made without having raised a Purchase Order number at the time of booking, however a Purchase Order number will need to have been provided by 9 February. It is not necessary to wait for your HELOA membership to be fully processed before you complete the booking, as long as you have started the process by 9 February. Please also note that we are unable to accept payments by credit card. 

*Please note that once you have booked a place at the HELOA Professional Development Conference, we require a minimum of 14 days notice to cancel your place. Any cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will still be charged for in full.

If you are no longer able to attend, you are able to send another representative from your institution to fill the place. To cancel your place or request to send a representative from your institution, please contact training@heloa.ac.uk.
