Welcome to HELOA National Conference 2024
We are excited to be hosting our next National Conference at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle upon Tyne – Stephenson Quarter and from Wednesday 10 January to Friday 12 January 2024.
Bookings
Bookings for delegates open on Monday 25 September and will close on Friday 24 November, or when bookings are full. We would advise that you book promptly as workshop sessions have strict capacities.
Capacity
Due to bedroom capacities at Crowne Plaza Newcastle, we have capped the number of full delegates that can be booked per institution.
- Full members: limited to 5 full delegates per institution
- Associate members: limited to 5 full delegates per institution, maximum capacity of 20 associate members in total
- No limit on day delegate numbers per institution
Prices
The costs for attending conference are as follows:
- Full delegate (Wednesday – Friday including accommodation) – £565pp
- 3-day delegate (Wednesday – Friday excluding accommodation) – £460pp
- Day delegate (Wednesday) – £140pp
- Day delegate (Thursday) – £170pp
- Day delegate (Friday) – £150pp
