Traveling by train
Newcastle train station is located approximately a 10 minute walk away from the hotel, and so we recommend that you travel by train where possible. The walk is on level terrain and has a small incline.

The nearest tram station to the Crowne Plaza Newcastle is Central Station Neville Street, which is 0.3 miles away from the hotel. For both taxis and for delegates who choose to drive, there is a turning circle outside the Crowne Plaza Newcastle where delegates can be dropped off. Vehicles cannot park here as this is purely a drop-off facility.
Traveling by car
If you do choose to drive, please note that parking in Newcastle town centre is limited, and costs for parking are not included in the conference package. We do not work with these car parks to allocate spaces, and they will therefore be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The Stephenson Quarter Multi-Storey Car Park is located right next to the hotel, with direct access to the hotel from Level 10. This is a PayByPhone car park and now operates on a fully cashless basis.
Delegates should make payment at the hotel reception on arrival to access the reduced overnight parking charge at £10 per 24hours..
