The UCAS Working Group is a joint group with representatives from each HELOA group and key stakeholders in the UCAS team. Each meeting has a standing agenda where we discuss strategy, fair access, events, marketing and communications and products.
The primary focus of these meeting are to:
- Ensure regular updates on respective current and future activity
- Share relevant market intelligence
- Enable proactive planning of future collaborative activity for the following quarter and beyond where applicable to enable a joined up, aligned approach
- One of the meetings will also include a deep dive in to data and insight.
The UCAS group meets four times per year with the HELOA Partnerships Manager (Strategic Partners’ Lead) and the Group Vice-Chair Partnerships from each of the nine groups in attendance.
